Pack contains 2 skinned breasts. Shot locally, and plucked and prepared on our farm. Our packs of pheasant breasts are easy to casserole and pan fry. Pheasant is a seasonal product so is available fresh 1st October to 31st January, and available frozen the rest of the year.
