Gammon & Ham

Our Gammon joints and steaks are made from our own free range pork legs which are cured and smoked at Sheepwash Farm. The curing process takes us 7 days, but please call us if you need a joint sooner as we most likely will have fresh/frozen gammon already in the shop. Gammon joints are best boiled or roasted, and Gammon Steaks are best grilled or pan fried.
